WALK T.O. – Toronto’s Leading Educational Walking Tour Company
We, at WALK T.O., have been providing unique, guided educational walking tours of Toronto for middle and high school groups for over 11 years. Founded in 2011 by a teacher and a journalist, our tours align with Ontario curriculum requirements and focus on interactive learning. We bring Toronto to life by sharing its history, culture and the stories of its people. To date, we have taken over 30,000 students on our tours.
Our team of guides are university graduates and educators who are passionate about the environment, the arts, media and urban planning. Most of our guides are long-time Toronto residents, who have a passion for sharing their knowledge and stories of the city. Click here to read about each one.
In 2022, WALK T.O. was acquired by Toronto Bicycle Tours & Events, another longstanding outdoor tour company in Toronto with an excellent track record.
Our spring tour season our season starts in mid March and ends in late June. We also run tours in the fall season from September to late November. Our tour slate of favourites have been updated for 2023, so you can expect the same high-quality tours that you and your students have come to love.
